New To Spin?

We know trying something new can feel a bit intimidating, but don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Here’s everything you need to know for your first session with us:

Before You Arrive

• Book Your Spot: Reserve your place online or through our app to secure your bike.
• Intro Offer: Take advantage of our special deal for new customers— £10 for 4 rides over 1 week . It’s the perfect way to see what we’re all about!
• What to Bring: Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle (but don’t worry if you forget, we have drinks in the studio). Spin shoes with SPD cleats are recommended, but not necessary.

When You Arrive

• Arrive Early: Plan to arrive at least 10–15 minutes before class. This gives you time to check in, meet your instructor, and get your bike set up.
• Bike Setup: Don’t stress— Just let the instructor know it is your first class and they will help adjust your bike for the perfect fit.

During the Class

• Feel the Beat: Our classes are set to high-energy playlists, with options ranging from themed sing-along rides to high-intensity beat-driven workouts. You can visit our instructor page to find out more about the different rides that our instructors offer.
• Go at Your Own Pace: Whether you’re here to push your limits or just get moving, you’re in control of your resistance and effort, which makes all of our rides suitable for all abilities.
• Judgement-Free Zone: Everyone is here for their own fitness journey—no comparisons, just support.

• Cool Down: After an energising ride, stick around for the cool-down stretch to prevent soreness.
