If you want a high intensity spin that’s going to give you the workout of your life, you’re in safe hands with Alex!

You can expect 45 minutes of hardcore remixes that keep everything to the beat, working both upper and lower body throughout so you’ll never be bored, just high on adrenaline! And if that doesn’t work, Alex uses the Intelligent Cycling app so you can keep track of the workout on the screens around the studio, so you always know what to expect!

Sarah

Who’s ready for a boogie?! You can count on Sarah to get you moovin’ & groovin’ in her classes. Whether it’s jumping to Justin Timberlake or rolling to Proud Mary, you’re going to be up out your saddle having the time of your life!

This class is suitable for all levels and is a guaranteed good time, thank us later!

Claire

If you’re looking for someone who is going to motivate you to reach your full potential, look no further. Claire uses her 7 minute remixes and bubbly energy to make sure you push through every climb and max out your power every time! These classes take you back to the fundamentals of spinning, no choreo, no nonsense, just spin.

The definition of: Looks like a angel… could kill you, and will try using spinning as her weapon!

Tom

Where to start?! Tom brings a perfect blend of energy and motivation to each and every class. With an infectious enthusiasm and passion for fitness, he’ll make you sweat with a smile, delivering a feel-good, empowering session that focuses on the fundamentals of spin.

Suitable for all levels, a perfect class and instructor to start your spin journey!

Katya

Katya brings a unique energy to all her classes and is guaranteed to put a smile on your face! Her youthful energy shines through in every aspect of her class, whether it’s her carefully curated playlist of the newest pop hits and fun remixes, or focusing each class on a different fitness goal to get the most out of her riders. Think interval training, upper body routines, and even some weights thrown in the mix!

If you like mixing up your routine and trying something new, no two classes are the same with Katya. All levels are welcome in this fun filled, high energy class!

Tony

A Geordie with a military background, Tony will guide you through a general population spin session with endurance, hill climbs and sprint tracks. He provides varied mixes of music to accompany your efforts, featuring artists like Sam Fender, Mumford & Sons, The Black Eyed Peas, and throw backs to the 80s/90s and 2000s.
You don’t need to worry about learning routines or performing press-ups and singing whilst spinning, Tony’s classes are pure cycling. Show up and he promises you will leave feeling epic!

Sisters Spin

If you haven’t already seen these crazy sisters on your For You page or Instagram reels, you could be in for a surprise…

Made up of two northern sisters who recently found their passion in spinning, Sisters Spin love to bring the highest level of energy to their classes, which usually involves dancing, singing and a lot of having fun! So if you like Taylor Swift, musicals, ABBA, Boy bands and any other theme you can think of – look no further, they can do it all!

All levels welcome, but don’t say we didn’t warn you!

Lucy

The only woman who can take a 6:15am spin class and make it fun! Using Intelligent cycling to create the best 45 minute morning workout, Lucy will have you feeling like the best version of yourself & all before 7am!

With a mix of sprint & climbs, this to the book spin class will give you a great workout whatever your fitness level!

Gary

Get ready for all things power! Gary will make sure you’re hitting your peak using his Intelligent Cycling, power focused workouts. Plus, you get 15 minutes extra for free – Gary just can’t help himself (and hour rhymes pretty well with power).

This class takes spinning back to its core, with every exercise specifically designed to optimise muscular power training, no dance moves or upper body workouts! So if this sounds like a bit of you, Gary’s your guy!

Kylee

A 45 minute full body workout that is designed to the beat of the music. Integrating fast beats to challenge your cardio health, heavy resistance tracks to improve strength and stamina and upbeat movement climbs to
make sure we are all having fun!
Kylee plays the music that moves her, an eclectic mix of most genres – her absolute favourite part of instructing is when she can see her playlist is resonating and motivating the riders.
She likes to say “it’s your class, listen to yourself first, me a (very) close second”
